   Cheesy Holiday Breakfast Bake

                       INGREDIENTS

                      8 frozen hash brown patties

                      4 cups mild cheddar cheese

             1 pound of sausage or fully cooked ham

                                   7 large eggs

                                   1 cup of milk

                   1/2 a teaspoon of ground mustard

                          INSTRUCTIONS

1.Place the hash browns in a single layer in a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch glass baking dish.Sprinkle with cheese and ham or sausage.

2. In a bowl,beat eggs,milk,salt,and mustard together.Pour over cheese and meat.Cover and bake at 353oF for one hour.Uncover and bake for  15 min. more until edges are golden brown.Check if its done by cutting it. If It comes out clean,its ready to eat.

                              

  

                     Pumpkin Pancakes

                        INGREDIENTS

                   2 cups all-purpose flour

           2 tablespoons packed brown sugar

               1 tablespoon baking powder

             1 1/4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

                          1 teaspoon salt

                          1 3/4 cups milk

           1/2 cup LIBBY'S 100% pure pumpkin

                             1 large egg

                 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

        pumpkin maple sause (recipe follows) 

                 OPTIONAL:chopped nuts

                       INSTRUCTIONS

1.Combine flour,brown sugar,baking powder, pumpkin pie spice,and salt in a large bowl.Combine milk,pumpkin,and vegetable oil in a small bowl;mix well. Add to flour mixure.Stir just until the mixure looks moistened;batter may be lumpy.

2.Heat griddle or skillet,over medium heat;brush lightly with vegetable oil.Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot griddle or skillet;cook until bubbles begin to burst.Flip the pancakes over and continue cooking for 1 to 2 min. keep doing that with the batter thats left. Serve with maple sause, and nuts if you wish.

                         Strawberry Mice

                         INGREDIENTS

                       whole strawberrys

                      mini chocolate chips

                     black decorators icing 

                          almond slivers

                             tooth pick

                         red lace licorice

               a slice of your choice of cheese

                        INSTRUCTIONS

1.For the mouse slice a small section of the side of a strawberry so it sits flat,press a mini chocolate chip into the tip to make a nose,using a small dab of icing to secure the nose in place.

2.Add icing eyes and stick 2 almond slivers at the top to make little ears.For the tail use the toothpick to carve a hole in the back of the berry,then insert the end half of your licorice into the hole.Serve each mouse with a small triangle of cheese.

 

           Bread Animals

                        INGREDIENTS

                                  flour

                                 water

                                  salt

                  your choice  (sesame seeds)

                         INSTRUCTIONS

1.Mix the water and flour together until it becomes dough,then add salt.If you want to,you can add sesame seeds,and spread it all over the top.

2.Shape your bread as any animal you want,you can even make up your own.Bake your animal until it turns a light golden brown.
