          Grilled Rack of Lamb

                         INGREDIENTS

                          1 rack of lamb

             1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

                1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

       1 teaspoon pepper and garlic seasoning

                       1 pinch dried sage

                       1/2 teaspoon salt

               any vegetables of your choice

                           mint leaves

                              parsley

                        a slice of lemon

                             INSTRUCTIONS

1.Cut the lamb into 4 equal cutlets.Mix all the seasonings in a bowl,then put the rack of lamb in it for the seasonings to marinade it,and let it sit for about 10 min. .

2.Cook each side of the lamb over a grill for about a min. and a half.Serve each lamb with vegetables and slice of lemon.

          Grilled Salmon Fillet 

                         INGREDIENTS

                          1 salmon fillet

                       2 red skin patatoes

                 2 handfulls of baby spinach

                           1 shallot sliced 

                             2 tablespoons olive oil

                           3 tablespoons lemon juice

                                     chopped dill

                                            salt

                                          pepper

                                  INSTRUCTIONS

1.Mix the lemon juice,dill,and olive oil together and spread it over the fish fillet,before grilling.

2.Grill the salmon for 3-4 min. per side.Serve it with salad.

 

 

                  Kids 

                 Cheese Pizza

                         INGREDIENTS

                                cheese

                            3 cups flour

                       1 portion dry yeast

                        1 cup warm water

                          1 teaspoon salt

                         1 teaspoon sugar

                 1/2 a cup of whole wheat flour

                                     oil

                             prego sause

                          INSTRUCTIONS

1.Mix the ingredients together exept for the cheese,and the toppings and sause.Flatten the dough.Sprinkle the cheese on top of the pizza,then apply any toppings of your choice.

2.Cook it for 350 0F.When The pizzas cheese looks good bring the pizza out,if its ready its ready,then its ready to be eaten. 

                  

 

         Chicken Noodle Soup

                          INGREDIENTS

                           chicken broth

                                carrots

                                 celary

                          chicken breast

                              oregano

                        INSTRUCTIONS

1.Mix all ingredients together in a pot exept for the noodles.Boil all of these ingredients until the soup starts to bubble up,then you can add the noodles.

2.You will know when the noodles are done.If the noodles are done they will be soft.
